Remove Drupal Node Translation Link

When enabling internationalization on Drupal, and setting a content type to Enabled, with translation, you get a small link at the bottom of each node to view the translated content. This is all well and good, but you may have another language switcher elsewhere on the page, making it redundant and confusing.

I believe this can be removed somewhere if you also install the i18n project, but that's a lot of overhead for such a simple task:

function template_preprocess_node(&$variables) {
  unset($variables['content']['links']['translation']);
}

I do consider all of the ideas you've offered on your post. They're very convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are very short for starters. May you please extend them a little from next time? Thank you for the post.

I am curious to find out what blog platform you're utilizing? I'm having some small security issues with my latest blog and I'd like to find something more safeguarded. Do you have any suggestions?

Sweet blog! I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News. Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News? I've been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Cheers
